As Principal & Founder, Brett leads the vision and strategic direction of the firm, with a deep expertise in commercial real estate investments. With a proven track record of identifying high- value opportunities and maximizing returns, he has built a firm rooted in integrity and client- focused solutions. Brett carries an extensive amount of experience in the parcel break-up investment strategy as he has been an advisor for an investment group doing the breakup strategy, since 2020, where he is advising on the acquisition, investment strategy, and dispositions of the individual properties with acquisition value of over $150 million and disposition of over $250 million. He has successfully structured and managed various transactions, including equity, underwriting for acquisition and disposition plans, collaborating with property managers to execute hold strategies, obtaining financing for innovative lending structures, hiring leasing agents, and leading the acquisition and disposition processes. Brett has been involved in commercial real estate for 18 years. He is the Principal of a brokerage firm where he has been involved in the purchase and sale of over 230 properties with an aggregate value of over $1 billion.
